Responsibilities

Building meaningful relationships with K-2 students as a mentor, establishing trust and nurturing a mindset of unlimited potential
Leveraging AI-powered and adaptive learning platforms to customize educational journeys
Creating and facilitating life-skills workshops (public speaking, goal-setting, teamwork) that equip students for long-term achievement
Cultivating an environment rooted in curiosity, aspiration, and continuous development
Supporting students in recognizing their unique talents and passions

Required

Prepared to work on-site at one of our locations: Austin, TX; Fort Worth, TX; or Scottsdale (Phoenix), AZ
Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution in any discipline
Minimum 3 years of hands-on experience with children aged 4–8 in educational settings, afterschool programs, coaching, or comparable roles
Excellent public speaking capabilities, with proven success engaging and energizing young learners
Genuine passion for connecting with, inspiring, and motivating K-2 students
Authorization to work legally in the United States without requiring visa sponsorship
Available to participate in a compensated training program at our Austin, TX location
