Responsibilities
Conducting biweekly 1:1 virtual coaching conversations with each student, emphasizing goal-setting, motivation, and growth mindset
Hosting open office hours where students can drop in for immediate guidance, encouragement, or problem-solving
Leveraging AI-powered tools and dashboards to monitor student advancement, spot obstacles, and refine your coaching tactics
Recording observations, alerts, and strategic notes to keep every student on an accelerated growth path
Working alongside your team to exchange best practices, escalate issues, and continuously enhance the coaching framework
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in any field
At least 1 year of experience coaching, mentoring, or motivating K–8 students
Demonstrated high performance in any domain—academics, athletics, entrepreneurship, or the arts
Strong virtual communication skills and ability to build rapport with students quickly via Zoom/Google Meet
Comfortable navigating dashboards and technology platforms to monitor and adapt performance
Able to work full-time (40 hrs/week) across global time zones
Preferred
Background in performance coaching, sports psychology, or motivational work
Experience working with homeschool or alternative education families
