Directly supervising Residence Directors and collaborating closely with departmental partners to advance training initiatives
Qualification
Required
Experience in designing, implementing, and assessing training programs
Supervisory experience with full-time professional staff
Ability to indirectly supervise graduate and student employees
Knowledge and skills to enhance student support, success, and engagement
Experience collaborating with departmental partners
Ability to work as part of a leadership team
