Law Practice
Responsibilities
Providing support for new client intakes: assisting with answering phone calls, scheduling client appointments, and initial client contact
Checking the mail at our office, depositing checks, mailing out items
Administrative duties: alerting the firm of new reviews, assisting with scheduling, planning, and calendaring events
Providing direct assistance to attorneys and other staff as needed
Qualification
Required
Experience managing a high volume of phone calls
Proficiency using software such as Clio Grow, Windows, Office, OneNote, OneDrive, and Adobe
Outstanding attention to detail
Excellent oral and written communication skills
Ability to prioritize tasks and work independently
Excellent organizational skills
Ability to maintain confidentiality
Devotion to furthering the cause of civil rights and equal justice in Texas
Passion for providing excellent service to clients, with real empathy for workers' and individuals' challenges and their emotions
Do you live in Austin or surrounding areas? Applicants outside of the Austin area will not be considered
Preferred
Prior law firm and/or administrative experience
