Responsibilities
Proven experience as a Scrum Master or Agile Coach in enterprise-level, technology-driven environments
Strong technical expertise in AWS cloud services, serverless architectures, and microservices, with the ability to understand and support complex technical discussions about data management platforms and enterprise technology architecture
Deep experience with agile tools (including JIRA, Confluence) and methodologies (Scrum, Kanban) with a demonstrated focus on delivering business impact
Excellent facilitation, communication, and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to drive cross-functional collaboration
Exceptional leadership skills, with the ability to influence and manage relationships with a wide range of stakeholders
A mindset focused on iterative improvement and practical problem solving, ensuring that agile processes serve to accelerate value creation rather than constrain innovation
Qualification
Required
