Responsibilities
Meet with prospective clients to assess home financing needs and goals
Explain loan programs, rates, terms, and closing costs clearly
Collect and review financial documentation including income, assets, and credit
Analyze borrower qualifications and recommend appropriate mortgage products
Submit complete and accurate loan applications
Work closely with processors, underwriters, and real estate partners
Build and maintain referral relationships
Ensure compliance with federal, state, and company lending guidelines
Track pipeline activity and meet production goals
Qualification
Required
Driven to produce strong sales results
Strong communication, negotiation, and customer service skills
Ability to analyze financial information and credit profiles
Highly organized with strong time management skills
Self-motivated and results-oriented
Preferred
Bilingual is a plus
Existing referral network
Familiarity with CRM platforms
Ability to get Mortgage License in (MLO)
