Inside Sales Specialist
LightForce is leading the digital transformation of orthodontics and redefining the standard of care for patients. As an Inside Sales Specialist, you will drive new business, foster client relationships, and support the sales team in acquiring new customers.

Responsibilities
Partner with our field sales team to explore market opportunities and approach new customers
Generate and follow-up on leads from all sources, including company events, customer inquiries, our website, webinars, and our field sales team
Transition potential new customers to the field sales team
Work with existing customers to grow their business with us
Collaborate with cross functional Teams in the company
Help support reporting and analytics
Recommend strategies to increase sales and market share
Manage and Track leads with our Salesforce Platform
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree required
1+ years of sales experience
Strong communication skills
Preferred
Industry experience selling a medical device, capital equipment, dental, or orthodontic B2B experience
Orthodontic sales is a major advantage
Comfortable with having clinical conversations with orthodontists
