Responsibilities

Conduct eight clinical sessions per week, exclusively supervising and precepting resident physicians in the care of adult patients
Deliver high-quality, evidence-based clinical care through resident oversight, ensuring that patient care meets current standards and best practices
Offer clear, effective instruction within their area of expertise to medical students, graduate students, and house staff in the Colleges of Medicine and Graduate Studies
Engage in scholarly research with a consistent record of publication
Provide research training to medical, graduate, and post-doctoral students
Foster interdisciplinary collaboration
Participate in hospital and departmental governance, curriculum development, academic administration, and Medical Service Group meetings
