Responsibilities
Define and lead a comprehensive enterprise data strategy aligned with organizational priorities and transformation goals
Oversee the design and evolution of a secure, scalable, cloud-based data platform (Snowflake experience preferred)
Establish governance models, policies, and stewardship frameworks to ensure high data quality, privacy, and compliance
Implement and manage data classification, retention, archival, and accessibility practices across structured and unstructured data
Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to identify high-impact use cases and deliver data-driven solutions. Promote data literacy and self-service analytics across teams
Build and manage a high-performing team of data professionals, fostering a culture of innovation, accountability, and continuous improvement
Qualification
Required
7+ years of progressive experience in enterprise data and information management, with at least 5 years in a leadership role
Proven experience designing and deploying modern data platforms; direct experience with Snowflake is a plus
Deep knowledge of data governance, metadata management, MDM, data architecture, and security best practices
Ability to align business and technical stakeholders around shared data goals
Strong communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or related field
Preferred
Master's degree or relevant certifications (e.g., CDMP, TOGAF, SnowPro) are preferred
Snowflake experience preferred
