The role involves reviewing requests, communicating with requesters, processing tickets, and monitoring expiring IT contracts.

Responsibilities
Assist the IT Asset Management team with purchasing processes, including:
Review requests through our ticketing system for completeness
Communicate with requesters regarding statuses and updates
Process approved tickets into our contracting system for final POs to be issued
Communicate with the IT Procurement team to obtain updates on the status of contracts
Monitor expiring IT contracts and notify the IT Asset Management team of potential renewal tasks
Support the IT Asset Management group with other activities as needed, such as:
Assist with ad hoc projects and tasks to support team objectives
Qualification
Required
