New Grad, Entry LevelTowneBank is a financial institution, and they are seeking a Loan Collateral Representative. The role involves processing all paid out loans within regulatory timeframes and assisting department and lending personnel as needed.

Responsibilities
Review paid loan report daily in accordance with department procedures
Process all paid out loans according to department policy, procedures and state regulations, Ensure the bank’s lien has been satisfied appropriately
Document release dates in Insight and delete Collateral where appropriate
Log in to BPI daily to verify that Collateral has received a physical note for all loans that appear as booked & assist lending personnel with LCA forms submitted to change or release collateral
File all incoming negotiable collateral, promissory notes, guaranty agreements and any other documents maintained in the Vault
Monitor the electronic lien system regularly to clear vehicle title exceptions and ensure lien perfection
Enter title exceptions in Advisor for all vehicle titles that have been released for any reason other than a full payoff
Complete notification emails to lenders on paid loans in accordance with department procedures
Adheres to applicable federal laws, rules, and regulations including those related to Anti-Money Laundering (AML) and the Bank Secrecy Act (BSA)
Qualification
Required
High School graduate or equivalent
Must be efficient, thorough, work well on your own and possess a willingness to help others
Strong organizational skills
Strong written and oral communications skills
Excellent telephone skills
Must be able to work in a fast pace environment and work well under pressure to meet regulatory timeframes governed by the various states
Computer experience (Microsoft Office)
Preferred
Previous experience using Advisor, BPI, Insight and Image Centre
Education with an emphasis in banking/finance
Previous experience with real estate/paralegal and knowledge of retail and commercial loan documentation
Previous experience in using the electronic titling system, preferably DealerTrack
