Responsibilities
Learn and understand the legacy TMS to support accurate mapping and translation into the new Infor TMS
Assist in validating configuration, workflows, and functional alignment between both systems
Support dual-system operations throughout the migration period
Provide analysis and input on network design elements for the new TMS transportation planning module
Assist in developing, testing, and validating transportation planning scenarios
Work with cross-functional teams to ensure planning parameters, routing logic, and operational rules migrate correctly
Execute project tasks (documentation, testing, troubleshooting, stakeholder coordination) as assigned
Track progress against milestones and provide status updates
Support issue identification, escalation, and resolution during migration and stabilization
(Preferred) Provide operational insights related to outbound vehicle logistics, including transportation flows, carrier interactions, and distribution logic
Qualification
Required
3–5 years of relevant experience in transportation management, network planning, or system migration
Demonstrated experience in system implementations, migrations, or operational transformation projects
Mid-level professional experience with the ability to work independently
Basic project management capabilities, including task ownership and cross-functional coordination
Preferred
Prior experience working at Infor or with the Infor TMS platform (strongly preferred)
Experience with vehicle logistics (outbound) is preferred
Provide operational insights related to outbound vehicle logistics, including transportation flows, carrier interactions, and distribution logic
