Responsibilities
Facilitating adaptive reading workshops that build foundational competencies in phonics, fluency, and comprehension
Creating personalized motivational experiences that engage students and foster a lifelong passion for reading
Reviewing student performance data to iteratively improve your methods and generate actionable insights
Partnering with the technology team to assess and refine AI literacy platforms
Qualification
Required
Master's degree in reading instruction OR advanced certification (Orton-Gillingham, Wilson, LETRS, or equivalent)
Bachelor's degree
Minimum of 2 years of experience providing small-group reading interventions to early elementary students
Capable of assessing reading levels, organizing student groups, and creating differentiated instruction independently without pre-written curricula
Comfortable using AI/adaptive learning tools and responding to student behaviors within those platforms
Legal authorization to work in the U.S. without sponsorship
Willingness to work on-site at one of our campuses: Palo Alto, CA; San Francisco, CA; Santa Monica, CA; Chicago, IL; New York City, NY; Chantilly (Washington), VA
