Responsibilities
Independently drive large projects to success, guided by objectives and general direction
Ensure efficient but thorough use of stakeholder resources
Engage in architectural discussions with consulted stakeholders to facilitate agreement among all technical teams regarding technical solutions
Utilize tools like Miro and PowerPoint to visualize complex technical workflows, ensuring stakeholder understanding and alignment
Develop comprehensive project plans, including timelines, value realization, and risk management strategies
Monitors schedule, risks, and issues and takes action to prevent deviation from agreed tolerances
Deliver regular updates and maintain meticulous project tracking; ensuring transparency, effective communication, and continued momentum
Understand how requirements and design choices may impact systems across multiple areas
Gather and analyze data points to discover key project insights; visualize these insights in charts and presentations for stakeholders
Maintain focus on project value; define, deliver, and measure value throughout the project lifecycle
Proactively identify issues and enact scalable solutions without needing direction
Train, mentor, remove impediments, and handle escalations for other team members
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business Administration or relevant field (or equivalent experience.)
6+ years of technical project management experience in an enterprise environment
Cross-functional organizational enablement for major releases, especially software
Certifications: AZ104, PMP, ITIL, Scrum Master
Highly skilled with the following technologies, tools, and concepts: ServiceNow, Miro, Atlassian Suite, Microsoft Azure
Effective leadership qualities, ability to influence without direct management authority
A high degree of ownership, initiative, and adaptability; confident navigating through ambiguity and capable of consistently move work forward with autonomy
Technical acumen to engage effectively with engineering teams
Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal skills
Maintains professional demeanor when dealing with challenging stakeholders, ensuring that their concerns are heard and addressed appropriately
Analytical and evaluative problem-solving abilities
Effectively communicate technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences
Passion for driving and implementing process improvements
Strong understanding of cloud technologies and their application in business solutions
Mentorship skills that facilitate a culture of teamwork and continuous learning
Proven track record of successful, on-time projects
Preferred
Data migrations, especially in Microsoft Azure
Any certifications such as Microsoft Certified Professional (MCP), CompTIA Security+, Cisco Certified Network Associate (CCNA) Cloud Platform: Microsoft Certified Solutions Associate
Experience with FedRAMP; certification, audits, and compliance standards
