Administrative support/Accounting Clerk
Responsibilities
Compose and update documents
Edit communications
Provide general administrative support
Perform billing and accounting responsibilities
Create and maintain spreadsheets
Invoicing and reconciliation
Assembling, sorting, and tabulating codes
Processing invoices and expense reports
Maintain and promote excellent vendor relations
Qualification
Required
High school diploma or high school equivalency
A minimum of two years of experience in an administrative/accounting role
Effective communication skills including listening, oral and writing skills to process information timely and accurately
Demonstrated proficiency in personal computer skills; experience using Microsoft Office software products. Proficiency in keying and software program features
Effective people skills, a customer-service focus, and the ability to work as a member in a team-oriented environment
Effective analytical and critical thinking skills
Ability to prioritize and handle multiple tasks and projects concurrently
Communicate and collaborate with other administrators and support personnel on a regular basis
Write professionally, using proper spelling and grammar
Make independent decisions, addressing the best way to handle specific tasks
Preferred
Associate degree in business or related major preferred
