Responsibilities
Analyze and interpret complex data sets to generate actionable business insights
Develop and maintain data pipelines using AWS services (S3, Redshift, Lambda)
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand data requirements and deliver solutions
Present data findings to both technical and non-technical stakeholders
Lead and manage data-related project activities to ensure timely, accurate completion
Ensure data quality and security by following Honda data governance and best practices
Create and maintain data models, dashboards, and reports to visualize key metrics
Troubleshoot, resolve data issues, and provide technical support
Support decision-making processes with data analysis
Work both independently and as part of a team
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field
3-5 years of experience as a Data Analyst
Proficiency with AWS services (S3, Redshift, Lambda)
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and SQL/database management skills
Experience with data visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI)
Strong communication and collaboration abilities
Ability to effectively lead and manage tasks and activities
Preferred
Experience with machine learning and AI tools
Familiarity with Python, R, and statistical analysis techniques
Knowledge of data warehousing concepts and ETL processes
