Responsibilities
Review project bids to determine project scheduling and resource needs
Running multiple projects
Oversee delivery of materials, tools, and equipment
Interpret plan drawings and create drawings or plans using project management tools when necessary
Ensure all assigned team members are properly trained and equipped, and materials and supplies needed are readily available
Analyze and control operational expenditures including labor and equipment to maintain budget and ensure the project is completed within productivity, cost effectiveness, safety and timeline requirements
Qualification
Required
5+ years of construction experience
Excellent communication and organizational skills
Must know how to interpret project drawings
Previous experience working with project management tools; tech savvy
A creative thinker: has the ability to pivot when things do not go to plan
Preferred
Microsoft Office
