Responsibilities

Replying to inquiries from prospective families within 24 hours with communication that is clear, inviting, and consistent with Alpha's voice
Organizing and executing admissions events, campus visits, and shadow day experiences for prospective students
Keeping applicant records current and precise across admissions platforms and CRM systems
Conducting conversations with families to clarify Alpha's educational model, respond to their questions, and capture relevant feedback
Working closely with campus staff and admissions leadership to ensure continuous progress for each family
Create and maintain a high-trust, high-conversion admissions journey that moves families from initial inquiry to enrollment with clarity and confidence

Required

Bachelor's degree preferred but not required
At least 2 years of experience in admissions, customer service, or a family-facing operations role
At least 1 year of professional written communication experience with families or customers
At least 1 year of experience using a CRM, student information system, or comparable database with demonstrated data accuracy
Fluent in both English and Spanish (verbal and written)
Strong organizational skills and consistent attention to detail
Availability to work on-campus in Miami, FL, or willingness to relocate
Authorized to work in the United States

Preferred

Experience in education, enrollment management, or school operations
Prior involvement in coordinating admissions events or parent engagement programming
Ability to adapt quickly in dynamic, technology-driven settings
