Manage sales orders and online order flow
Lead new account onboarding
Act as the primary connection with customers and third-party EDI providers
Support and strengthen key account relationships
Help the Sales team unlock new growth opportunities through insights and reporting
Qualification
Required
3+ years of experience in sales operations, customer service, or account support
5+ years supporting national specialty retail sales within consumer or sporting goods
Comfortable in Microsoft Office
Fluent in CRM and ERP systems (SAP)
Experienced with EDI platforms like SPS
Confident working with sales and business reporting tools
Analytical, entrepreneurial, detail-driven
Thrive in a fast-paced environment
