Responsibilities
Collaborate with Project Managers, Superintendents and upper management to assist in the planning, coordination, and administration of residential interior projects
Be responsible for project oversight
Establish budgets
Coordinate detailed monthly reports to track progress, budget and any foreseeable challenges along with proposed solutions for the client
Qualification
Required
Minimum 2 years of experience working for a general contractor on residential interiors
Strong organizational and time management skills
Proficiency with Microsoft Office, Bluebeam, Procore, or similar construction management platforms
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Ability to work on-site and travel to job sites throughout New York City as needed
Preferred
Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field
