Responsibilities
Assist senior technicians with installing, troubleshooting, and repairing HVAC systems
Read and interpret schematics, technical manuals, and HVAC design plans to support maintenance and repair tasks
Conduct routine inspections of HVAC equipment to identify issues and perform preventive maintenance to ensure optimal system performance
Support field service operations by transporting tools and parts u
Assist with appliance repair and property maintenance tasks related to HVAC systems
Use diagnostic instruments such as ohmmeters to test electrical components and verify proper equipment functioning
Support welding and equipment repair tasks under supervision to build mechanical expertise
Qualification
Required
Prior experience or formal training in construction or property maintenance is highly desirable
Service technician experience with HVAC systems is a strong plus
Familiarity with schematics, HVAC design principles, plumbing systems, and general mechanical repair strengthens performance in this role
Mechanical knowledge—including boiler operation, appliance repair, welding skills, and the use of diagnostic tools such as ohmmeters—is preferred
Valid driver license required; experience operating vehicles for work‑related tasks is beneficial
Demonstrated ability to learn quickly and work effectively as part of a team dedicated to safety, quality, and continuous improvement
