Responsibilities
Schedule Management: Drive daily build schedules and ensure the factory and technical team is adhering to the overall schedule to successfully ramp
Cross-Functional Coordination: Act as the primary liaison between the factory team and the US-based engineering/operations teams
Blocker Resolution: Identify production bottlenecks and work with the onsite SQE and factory management to resolve them immediately
Reporting: Provide daily/weekly status updates on ramp progress, yield, output, and schedule linearity
Secondary Support: Provide light-touch support for other in-region suppliers as bandwidth allows
Qualification
Required
Min 5 years' hands-on experience in mechanical commodities (enclosures, frames) and with consumer electronics background
Valid travel documents and willingness to travel regionally (China, Taiwan, SE Asia) on short notice
Degree: Electro-Mechanical Engineering
