Responsibilities
Onboards new life agents and engages those agents to write with Pekin Life Insurance
Trains agents on the Pekin Life Brokerage products
Assists agents in learning the process of quoting and submitting new business with Pekin Life
Calls on assigned agents and assist them with writing new business
Builds relationships and strong customer focus
Excellent relationship, training and onboarding skills
Makes outbound calls to life agents
Supports agents to achieve sales goals
Performs other duties as assigned
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in Business, or Insurance related field or equivalent experience
Typically requires 5+ years of related experience
Life Producer License, required
Demonstrated skill in listening and communicating with the ability to speak in public
Demonstrated Ability To maintain a positive image and build strong relationships
Demonstrated Ability To analyze, organize, and prioritize work while meeting multiple deadlines
Demonstrated Ability To establish program goals and objectives that support the strategic plan
Demonstrated Ability To maintain a positive image and builds strong agent relationships
Demonstrated Knowledge Of Microsoft Office software
Applicants must be authorized to work in the U.S. without sponsorship now or in the future
Preferred
7-10 years' related experience
Chartered Life Underwriter (CLU) or Life Underwriting Training Council Fellow (LUTCF) preferred
