Conducting personalized family engagements that highlight Alpha's educational model and influence enrollment outcomes
Overseeing the complete admissions funnel with responsive, strategic, and thoughtful communication
Reviewing daily safety protocols, identifying compliance gaps, and coordinating corrective actions with staff
Managing vendor relationships to ensure proactive and timely facilities maintenance
Leveraging documentation and continuous feedback to refine and improve operational processes
Qualification
Required
Demonstrated experience in school admissions or enrollment
Exceptional written and verbal communication
High emotional intelligence and independent drive
Fluent in both English and Spanish (verbal and written)
Available to work in-person in Miami, FL or willing to relocate
Legally eligible to work in the US without visa sponsorship
Preferred
Exposure to safety oversight, regulatory compliance, or facilities management
Deep knowledge of the local K–12 education landscape
A reputation for being 'the most responsive person in the room'
