Responsibilities
Mentor and inspire gifted students to finish high school by 8th grade via customized, accelerated learning routes
Guide students in developing life skills (grit, resilience, public speaking, focus) in parallel with academic objectives
Utilize AI-powered tools to monitor progress, customize learning experiences, and adapt instruction to individual needs
Encourage students to progress through adaptive learning platforms and reach ambitious educational milestones
Work alongside a team redesigning education for high-potential learners
Qualification
Required
Willing to work in-person in Austin (Georgetown), TX
Proven track record of academic excellence (National Merit Scholar, academic Olympiads, prestigious scholarships, dual-enrollment, etc.)
At least 3 years of experience coaching, mentoring, or teaching gifted and talented students or high-achieving youth
Daily usage of generative AI tools in an educational context (personalizing lessons, creating assessments, adapting instruction)
Excellent communication and public speaking skills
Legal right to work in the U.S. without visa sponsorship
