FWS Student Assistant
The University of South Florida is seeking a dependable Federal Work Study student to provide general administrative support for the Morsani College of Medicine Office of Graduate Affairs. This role involves various administrative tasks, customer service, and support for events and technology in a professional academic setting.

Provide general administrative support to the Office of Graduate Affairs
Conduct record archiving, including sorting, scanning, and shredding documents
Use Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) for daily office tasks
Provide customer service and front-office support
Assist with office events and meetings
Support social media activities
Provide basic classroom technology support
Complete general administrative tasks that support office operations
Qualification
Required
Must have an active Federal Work Study (FWS) award for the current academic year
Proof of FWS eligibility is required and must be uploaded with the application (Award Overview from Student Self Service)
Currently enrolled USF student residing on or near the Tampa campus
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Proof of Federal Work Study Award
