Responsibilities
Documenting standard operating procedures for major total rewards processes such as benefits enrollment, 401(k), ESPP, etc
Lead total rewards team projects from end to end such as intranet cleanup, policy cleanup, process improvement activities, etc
Assist with year-end processes including auditing information
Support compensation in calculating, submitting, and documenting incentive pay for employees
Organize and set up job description library
Organize internal team shared files and determine significance of content
Support the management of total rewards mailbox
Assist in day to day activities to improve efficiency of team
Support and own standard total rewards communications sent to employees
Supports ad-hoc HR projects as needed
Qualification
Required
Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in compensation and/or benefits
Experience leading small projects required
Strong understanding of HR best practices and labor laws
Experience with Workday
Preferred
Experience documenting standard operating procedures (SOPs), preferred
