Data Center Technician - 1st shift
Scalence L.L.C. is seeking a Data Center Technician for the 1st shift, where you'll play a crucial role in maintaining and supporting data center operations. The role involves managing inventory, configuring server cabinets, and troubleshooting hardware and cabling issues.

Responsibilities
Receive equipment deliveries and manage inventory
Configure server cabinets and handle the racking and cabling of devices
Perform cable testing and troubleshoot hardware and cabling issues
Maintain interface documentation and ensure accurate record-keeping
Qualification
Required
Applicants must be able to work directly on W2
Experience in data center operations
Proficiency in operating and installing computing equipment related to infrastructure and applications, including servers, storage, network, and telecommunications
Familiarity with infrastructure cabling concepts and the ability to troubleshoot network issues
Strong interpersonal and communication skills
Ability to assist with shipping, receiving, and distribution of equipment and hardware

Preferred
Additional certifications or training in data center management
