Search Consultant (Recruiter)
Talent Ascension Group is at an inflection point, seeking a Search Consultant to master the craft of recruiting and own searches end-to-end. The role focuses on producing high-performing mid-level leaders for clients while maintaining quality and trust in the recruitment process.
Responsibilities
Take full ownership of assigned searches
Build targeted talent maps
Run outbound recruitment
Conduct structured candidate interviews
Present tight, qualified shortlists
Identify passive, high-performing talent
Qualify for skill, scope, motivation, and alignment
Pressure-test career moves
Maintain high submission-to-interview and interview-to-offer ratios
Follow defined search process, stages, and standards
Maintain clean CRM hygiene
Track candidate pipelines and status accurately
Surface risks early
Participate in search kickoffs
Understand client context and success profile
Provide market feedback
Contribute to refining search playbooks
Qualification
Required
1–5+ years in outbound-heavy roles (SDR, BDR, sales, recruiting, or similar)
Demonstrated ability to prospect and generate conversations
Executive presence with professionals and leaders
Strong written and verbal communication
High personal standards and work ethic
