Responsibilities
Assisting in content planning (weekly/monthly)
Ideating posts aligned with brand positioning and audience pain points
Writing captions, hooks, and content outlines (carousels, reels, static posts)
Observing and analysing competitor content (what works, what doesn’t, what to avoid)
Supporting posting schedules and platform adaptation (LinkedIn & Instagram)
Tracking basic performance metrics and sharing insights, not just numbers
Qualification
Required
3-6 months of hands-on SMM experience (internship, freelance, startup, or personal brand)
Understand that social media = strategy + psychology + consistency
Can explain why you created something, not just what you created
Use AI as a tool, not a crutch
