HR Intern

Superior Essex is seeking an HR Intern to support their Human Resources team with various administrative and project-based tasks. This role is ideal for students or recent graduates looking to gain hands-on experience in HR operations and recruiting.

Responsibilities

Digitize, organize, and maintain employee records and HR files
Assist with general administrative tasks such as data entry, document preparation, and filing
Support recruiting efforts, including posting job openings, scheduling interviews, and tracking candidates
Assist in maintaining HR databases and ensuring data accuracy
Support day-to-day HR operations as needed
Maintain confidentiality of sensitive employee information at all times

Required

Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field

Ability to handle confidential information responsibly

Preferred

Basic knowledge of HR principles is a plus but not required
