They are seeking a highly motivated District Recruiting Manager to develop and execute effective recruitment strategies to attract top talent in the insurance industry.

Responsibilities
Develop and implement innovative recruiting strategies to attract qualified candidates for various roles
Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, from job postings and sourcing to conducting interviews
Build and maintain a robust network of potential candidates through proactive sourcing methods such as social media, job boards, and industry events
Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process
Monitor and analyze recruitment metrics to assess effectiveness and make data-driven improvements
Develop and manage relationships with external recruitment agencies and talent acquisition partners
Qualification
Required
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Proficiency in using applicant tracking systems (ATS) and other recruitment software
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities
Proficiency with Microsoft Office products (e.g., Outlook)
Preferred
Previous experience in the insurance industry is desirable
