Responsibilities
Coordinator, Provider Practice Facilitation schedules for a large group (90+) providers that have varying specialized assignments
This role facilitates for multiple In-patient and out-patient facilities within NHVI and NHC hospital cardiology departments
Essential knowledge of scheduling platforms for determining specialty assignments
Strong communication skills to relay detailed information to Providers and Internal and External staff and leaders
Responsible for building and maintaining office EPIC Templates
Qualification
Required
One year medical office scheduling experience, computer office skills and software platforms
High School Diploma or GED
Preferred
EPIC, EMR, or Healthcare experience
Associate degree
