Qualification
Required
Strong knowledge of Protocol development and adherence
Experience as a Clinical Research Associate in clinical trial execution
Familiarity with Clinical Operations and regulatory compliance in clinical trials
Proficiency in conducting Research within clinical studies
Demonstrated understanding of Clinical Trials processes and management
Excellent organizational and communication skills
Bachelor's degree in life sciences, medicine, or a related field; advanced degrees or certifications are a plus
Attention to detail and ability to work in a team and independently
