Responsibilities
Assisting with project proposals including reviewing requests for proposals, obtaining quotes and estimating
Assisting the Superintendent with managing project timelines, deadlines and requirements
Acting as key point of contact for ordering materials and equipment
GPS surveying and equipment set up
Estimating takeoffs
Assisting with weekly timesheets, expense reports and project tracking
Providing training to other team members as needed
Qualification
Required
Construction related degree
2 construction experience preferred
Strong organizational skills with ability to manage multiple tasks and rapidly changing priorities and project demands
Strong communication skills and ability to work within a team and independently
Proficient with Microsoft Word and Excel
Able & willing to travel throughout the United States up to 50% of the time
Preferred
2 construction experience preferred
AutoCAD / Civil 3D experience is a plus
Understanding of estimating Software and GPS software
