Responsibilities
Training and developing a team of Guides to execute the Alpha learning system with exceptional quality
Building Guide Playbooks that outline best practices for facilitation, designing engaging learning activities, and overcoming obstacles
Delivering regular, actionable feedback to Guides to enhance student engagement and outcomes
Mentoring a small cohort of students directly, demonstrating expert coaching and motivational techniques
Qualification
Required
Hold a Bachelor's degree in any field
A minimum of 5 years of experience in education, learning and development, coaching, or a related discipline
Proven experience creating and executing innovative educational programs, curricula, or training initiatives
Strong leadership and mentorship abilities with a track record of building, managing, and motivating high-performing teams
Experience working with youth (ages 5-18) in an educational or developmental setting
Proficiency in data analysis and leveraging metrics to inform decision-making and drive continuous improvement
Willingness to work on-site in Atlanta, GA; Nashville, TN; or Spotswood, NJ
Legally authorized to work in the United States without requiring visa sponsorship
