Plan and oversee administrative and business functions, including budgeting, financial reporting and analysis, accounting, purchasing and public procurement, contract administration, grants administration, payroll, and shared services management
Act as a liaison to other departments and divisions
Manage the division's professional, technical, and clerical support functions to ensure efficient operations and high-quality service delivery

Required

Advanced financial, administrative, and management skills
Leadership experience in program development and monitoring

Experience acting as a liaison to other departments and divisions
Experience managing professional, technical, and clerical support functions
Proven track record in administrative management
Passion for social services
Strong understanding of public procurement, purchasing, and budgeting in the public sector
Financial systems background in a social services environment
Strong organizational and analytical skills
Ability to develop and implement policies and procedures to enhance efficiency
Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to lead and motivate a diverse team
Ability to foster a culture of collaboration and innovation
