Responsibilities
Create and facilitate dynamic, individualized phonics-based reading workshops for small groups of gifted K-2 students
Apply storytelling and interactive methods to drive learning acceleration 5-10x beyond conventional standards
Monitor student advancement and modify workshops dynamically to address each cohort's specific needs
Provide individual and small group coaching sessions to achieve quantifiable growth in adaptive reading and writing applications
Qualification
Required
Available to work on-site at GT.School in Georgetown, TX (relocation assistance provided)
Bachelor's degree and advanced certification in structured literacy (Orton-Gillingham, Wilson, or equivalent)
Minimum of 2 years providing small-group reading interventions to K-2 students
Background working with gifted or high-performing children in specialized programs
Comfortable using AI/adaptive learning tools and interpreting student performance data
Strong instructional presence with capacity to captivate young learners through voice, storytelling, and enthusiasm
Authorized to work legally in the U.S. without requiring visa sponsorship
