This role is essential in driving product innovation, supporting business growth, and enhancing customer satisfaction by maintaining accurate data and facilitating communication between development, production, and customers.

Responsibilities
Maintain and update style information in the development tracker and development line boards
Review BOMs, tech packs and schematics; identify and communicate discrepancies to customers and internal stakeholders
Extract required data from NAV/ERP and log discrepancies in internal and external Smartsheet trackers
Support production with development-related questions and participate in style huddles and pre-production meetings
Assist the Costing team by supplying accurate style and subprocess details
Build and maintain seasonal workflows by styles
Create and manage KPIs for the Product Development department and contribute to SOP development
Co-manage one product category to gain hands-on product development experience
Provide general support to Product Developers and perform other tasks as assigned
Maintaining and monitoring stairways free; evacuation routes, and fire/emergency equipment areas remain clean, organized, and unobstructed
Complying with the company’s waste segregation procedures
Perform other duties as assigned
Qualification
Required
Strong attention to detail, problem-solving and organizational skills
Clear written and verbal communication; comfortable corresponding with customers
Ability to manage multiple priorities and work collaboratively across teams
Ability and familiarity with ERP systems, Smartsheet and Excel. (Computer Skills)
Knowledge of Product Development
High School Graduate or above
