Sales Support Specialist

Equify Financial, LLC is seeking a Sales Support Specialist to assist Regional Sales Managers by managing the early stages of the sales process. The role focuses on qualifying leads, coordinating customer communication, and ensuring the sales pipeline moves efficiently by maintaining accurate data and providing organized packages for the operations team.

Responsibilities

Qualify incoming referrals and leads, initiate customer contact, and gather preliminary information to support credit review
Collect and organize required documentation for customers and equipment prior to submission
Coordinate valuation requests and ensure completion before deal handoff
Maintain accurate data in Salesforce to track activity, maintain data accuracy, and support performance reports
Prepare weekly sales reports and scorecards that track performance, pipeline, and activity metrics
Support RSMs with marketing and lead-generation initiatives
Manage broker, vendor, and dealer onboarding requirements and maintain related records
Collaborate with the operations team to ensure a seamless transition once deals move to credit review
Identifies opportunities to streamline pre-credit workflows and enhance lead management efficiency
Participate in special projects that improve sales efficiency and process consistency

Required

Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, or related field preferred; equivalent experience accepted
Experience in sales support, financial services, or customer engagement preferred
Strong organizational and communication skills with attention to accuracy
Proficiency in Microsoft Office; familiarity with Salesforce and EDA preferred
Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced setting
Self-driven and team-oriented with a focus on supporting business growth
Strong analytical and strategic thinking abilities
Ability to manage multiple priorities under tight deadlines
Experience with cross-functional or direct teams
Familiarity with OKRs, KPIs, and performance management frameworks
