Human Resources Coordinator
Mary T. Inc. is a family-owned company providing a full continuum of health care services. They are seeking a full-time HR Coordinator to oversee the onboarding process for new employees and support HR management in various tasks related to human resources policies and procedures.

Responsibilities
Performs all onboarding activities for new employees, including background checks, TB testing documentation, maintaining communication with hiring managers and new employees, sending email/text/phone reminders, and setting up orientation dates and times
Completes all tasks related to importing data to the HRIS system (UKG Pro) for new hires
Maintains new hire tracker and schedules New Employee Orientations
Conducts the Human Resource portion of the New Employee Orientations
Reviews and makes recommendations to Human Resources management for improvement of the organization's human resources policies, procedures, and practices
Conducts, tracks, and reports on new employee surveys
Oversees the new hire gift program, including tracking distribution and ordering supplies
Participates in developing department goals, objectives, and systems
Maintains human resource information system records and compiles reports when requested
Maintains all employee and applicant documentation as dictated by governing agencies
Partners with employees and management to communicate various human resource policies
Assists in handling employee relations as they relate to new hires
Maintains electronic employee files, including updating information when needed
Participates in administrative staff meetings and completes other Human Resources tasks as assigned
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in human resources or related field, or equivalent combination of education and experience
Minimum one (1) to three (3) years of relevant human resources experience
Prior experience with the onboarding process
Ability to utilize software - UKG Pro, UKG Workforce Management, Microsoft Suite, Google Workspace
Strong communication, organizational, collaborative, and prioritization skills
Ability to build and maintain trusting relationships with employees
Advanced ethics and integrity

Ability to maintain professionalism in high stress environments
