Responsibilities
Develop and refine manufacturing processes to enhance cost-efficiency
Analyze production data for reliability, efficiency, and yield improvements
Collaborate with manufacturing teams to optimize material and labor use while adhering to production schedules
Assist in budget development and ensure compliance
Present updates on projects and programs
Maintain effective communication with internal and external stakeholders
Uphold safety, environmental, and housekeeping standards
Mentor and guide engineering staff
Ensure proper waste disposal and hazardous material handling
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's Degree in Engineering or equivalent; a Master's degree is a plus
8+ years of engineering experience in a manufacturing setting, with proven leadership and motivational skills
Strong organizational and managerial abilities
Expertise in continuous improvement and quality tools like Six Sigma, FMEA, and SPC
Excellent problem-solving and data analysis skills
Proficiency with computer applications and engineering techniques
Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
Preferred
High-tech manufacturing experience is preferred
