Responsibilities

Collect and prepare product samples in a laboratory setting
Perform quality control testing and evaluation at different stages of production to ensure compliance/consistency with designated specifications
Record and maintain accurate data
Communicate results of tests with supervisor(s)
Follow established policies and procedures
Other duties as assigned

Required

Strong attention to detail and accuracy
Good verbal and written communication skills

Students majoring in Food Science or a related field are preferred
