Mergers & Acquisitions (M&A) Senior Analyst
GSP International is looking to hire a Mergers & Acquisitions (M&A) Senior Analyst to join their team in Red Bank, NJ. The role involves supporting due diligence, document preparation, and financial analysis for M&A transactions, while working closely with various teams to ensure accurate financial reporting and evaluate potential acquisitions.
Responsibilities
Support due diligence, document preparation and liaising with relevant counterpart and other advisers
Building and using complex financial models, completing valuation and analytical exercises
Drafting presentation materials for use in M&A and capital markets transactions or strategic client dialogue
Supports the Business Development leaders in evaluating potential acquisitions
Supports the corporate transition team prior to and following acquisitions
Works closely with the accounting team to ensure accurate financial reporting
Analyzes past results, performs variance analysis, identifies trends, and makes recommendations for improvements
Evaluates financial performance by comparing and analyzing actual results with plans and forecasts
Qualification
Required
4-6 years of relevant experience
Energy industry experience required
