Act as a vital liaison between members and other Credit Union staff
Effectively communicate and address member needs to enhance overall experience and satisfaction
Strengthen the Credit Union's brand and image by conducting yourself in a friendly, positive manner
Qualification
Required
High school diploma or GED
Prior customer service experience
Familiarity with Microsoft Office applications, including Outlook, Word, and Excel
Proficiency in 10-key data entry by touch
Regular attendance
