Customer Implementations – Complete accountability for standardized onboarding and deployment workflows that accelerate customer time-to-value through AI-first delivery methodologies
Delivery Playbooks – Design, iterative refinement, and rigorous application of repeatable implementation frameworks that raise execution standards across all delivery teams
Team Enablement & Performance Management – Ensuring high performance through focused coaching, metrics-based accountability, and continuous process optimization that strengthens delivery reliability
Escalation & Retention Interventions – Directing structured remediation protocols to quickly address implementation challenges and safeguard at-risk customer relationships
Build a high-performing, customer-focused professional services organization that executes scalable, AI-first implementations, enabling our engineering team to concentrate on product advancement
Qualification
Required
A minimum of 3 years of experience leading a professional services organization at a B2B software company
Direct experience managing customer escalations
Advanced proficiency in generative AI and demonstrated experience embedding AI tools and LLMs into professional services or delivery workflows
