Responsibilities
Layout, build, troubleshoot, and modify electronic or electro-mechanical devices, assemblies, and systems
Construct, calibrate, test, and maintain components or equipment per design specs and procedures
Perform diagnostics, adjustments, calibration, and alignment checks
Assemble tools and test fixtures per instructions and technical drawings
Conduct and document experiments and testing under guidance from senior technicians
Implement practical solutions to support process improvements
Organize data to identify cause-effect relationships and recommend improvements
Prepare and handle prescribed chemical compounds and solutions as needed
Qualification
Required
U.S. Citizenship is required by Federal Law
Education: High School Diploma or equivalent with vocational training
Security Clearance: Department of Defense Secret clearance required at time of hire
Experience: Minimum 1 year of relevant hands-on technician or lab experience
Technical Skills: Ability to fabricate simple hardware
Technical Skills: Basic computer literacy and familiarity with electronic test equipment
Technical Skills: Experience in troubleshooting, calibrating, and adjusting electronic systems
Work Requirements: On-site role with potential exposure to sensitive or classified systems
Preferred
1st Class FCC License
