Sales Lead
Invicta Stores is a fast-growing watch brand known for its horological innovation and customer service culture. The Sales Lead will be responsible for processing sales transactions, achieving sales metrics, and providing exceptional customer service to enhance the customer experience.

Responsibilities
Process accurate and efficient sales and return transactions, and inventory control processes
Demonstrate excellent product knowledge by constant training and learning through existing and new resources to maximize the customer experience
Achieve sales and service metrics in key measurable areas including financing programs, guarantees, among others
Restock sales floor and set up displays as needed, maintaining merchandise presentation standards
Provide exceptional customer service, making product recommendations, and gathering customer information to support continued engagement
Outreach or clientele, via phone call or email, Invicta Stores related information regarding promotions, new products, or special events to increase sales
Responsible for alarm activation/deactivation, bank deposits, general security guidelines, opening and closing procedures, and completion of the store's daily business following all safety and security guidelines according to company standard, adhering to policies, procedures, and safety protocols
Qualification
Required
Prior retail experience
Proven ability to achieve sales quotas
Basic computer skills are required
Ability to communicate effectively with customers, peers, and management
Flexibility in the work schedule, including availability for mornings, evenings, weekends, holidays, and extended hours with regular attendance being essential
