Responsibilities
Facilitating Workshops: Create and deliver workshops that prompt students to think, "I never realized I was capable of this!" Covering topics from public speaking to entrepreneurial thinking, you'll deliver practical competencies that motivate
Conducting daily Motivation Sessions: Begin each day by helping students establish meaningful goals and develop the mental framework to achieve them
Supporting student achievement: Apply tested frameworks to ensure each student reaches ambitious academic and developmental objectives
Developing personalized motivational approaches: Collaborate with students to establish reward systems and incentive structures that encourage independent pursuit of excellence
Qualification
Required
Willingness to work in person in Brownsville, TX. Relocation assistance is available
Bachelor's degree in any subject
Experience employing a growth mindset to achieve a high level of performance
High level of energy and a desire to boost others up
A desire to connect, inspire, and motivate K-8th grade students
Legal right to work in the US without visa sponsorship
