Responsibilities
Facilitating live online workshops by coordinating breakout sessions, activity transitions, and collaborative tasks
Encouraging student participation and sustaining motivation through direct messaging, positive reinforcement, and individual outreach
Ensuring students remain focused, self-assured, and socially connected throughout their sessions
Providing operational support to lead instructors to maintain workshop continuity and flow
Serving as a consistent, culturally responsive presence across bilingual programming and extracurricular clubs
Qualification
Required
Available to work 8am - 5pm Monday through Friday, US Mountain Time (UTC-7)
Minimum 3 years of experience in youth mentoring, coaching, tutoring, or program leadership
Educational experience within US, Canadian, or UK school systems (K-16) - must have been enrolled in schools in one of these countries (current residence may be anywhere)
Excellent communication abilities and proficiency with digital tools and platforms
Student-centered demeanor with attention to logistical detail and fluid session management
Preferred
Familiarity with virtual learning platforms or youth development programs
Experience in extracurricular settings such as after-school initiatives, summer camps, or student organizations
